Easy Way Sectional Dock Warranty
Schmidt Boat Lifts & Docks warrants all Easy Way aluminum frame, removable docks purchased new by the original owner to be free from defects in material & workmanship under normal use for a period of 60 months from the date of purchase (excluding components & options which carry their own manufacturer's warranty, wherein that warranty will apply). There is no other expressed warranty. Schmidt Boat Lifts & Docks is not liable for incidental or consequential damages or injuries of any kind due to installation, removal, use, misuse, misapplication, improper selection of one of our purchased or displayed products, or acts of nature. Schmidt Boat Lifts & Docks agrees to repair or replace only defective parts returned to the factory (prepaid) & deemed defective by Schmidt Boat Lifts & Docks. Warranty is void when misuse or neglect is the cause. Specifications are subject to change without notice.
